Company verification
We check the legal existence and declared activity before enabling the account.
VAT / Tax ID validation
We validate the tax number against EU and national official registries when applicable.
Buyer validation before seller disclosure
Seller identity is only released once the buyer is validated and intent is recorded.
Seller visibility levels
Three per-lot tiers: public, semi-private (NDA before disclosure), confidential (fully intermediated).
Documentation review
Datasheets, certificates and labels are reviewed before publication.
Lot validation score
Each lot receives a 0–100 score based on technical data, documentation and seller verification.
Confidentiality options
You can hide company name, exact location and contact details until an NDA is signed.
RFQ traceability
Every request is logged with timestamp, parties involved and messages.
Audit trail
Full audit trail of changes on lots, RFQs and transactions — useful for internal reviews.
What we do not accept
No hazardous waste
We do not accept materials classified as hazardous waste under European regulation.
No contaminated materials
Materials with chemical, biological or radiological contamination are out of scope.
No regulated waste without prior review
Any material subject to a regulated waste regime requires documentary review before publication.
